Are pets accepted?
Dogs (a maximum of two at a charge of £25 each) are permitted. Registered assistance dogs are free of charge. Please see the Dog Friendly Cottages page for further information.
Do you have hot tubs?
Orchard Barn has a Tuff Spa® TT250 hot tub which is HSE HSG282 compliant. It is for the private use of guests staying in Orchard Barn only.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Each property has free 4G Wi-Fi available. Please bear in mind that Sisland is a rural village and Wi-Fi speeds and reliability may not be as consistent as in urban areas.
Will I be able to charge my electric vehicle?
We have recently installed a Zappi EV Charger for guests use during their stay. Charges for use will apply.
Can I smoke at the property?
Neither smoking, vaping or using E-cigarettes are permitted in any part of the house or grounds.
How far is the nearest supermarket?
The nearest supermarket is in Loddon which is approximately 1.5 miles away.
What facilities are in the properties?
Both Owl Barn and Orchard Barn have washing machines, cookers, dishwashers, microwaves and ‘fridge-freezers. A tumble-dryer is available for guests use if required.

What time can I check-in from?
Check-in is from 4pm.
What time is check-out?
Departure is by 10am.
Where do I collect my key from?
On most occasions, the property will be unlocked and left open for your arrival. If this is not the case, we will contact you a few days before your stay to let you know the key-safe code for the cottage.
I plan to arrive after 9pm, is that OK?
Generally, if you let us know beforehand, it is not an issue.
How do I find Sisland Tithe Barn?

Do you offer short breaks?
Yes, we try to offer as much flexibility as we possibly can to accommodate guests’ requirements.
Can I amend or cancel a booking?
If you need to amend or cancel your booking, please contact us immediately and, subject to availability, we will try to help. The cancellation charges shown below will apply.

How much deposit do I need to pay?
A deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking. If the arrival date of your booking is within 28 days, then full payment is required at the time of booking.
When is the balance due?
The balance is due 28 days before your arrival date.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by BACs. Please contact us if you need to pay by any other method.
